Snow Day II

There are other days when a "snow day" would be welcome! We're at 5 inches (and counting) and most schools around here are closed or on a 2-hour delay. We were scheduled to have only a half-day today, anyway. (It is Catholic Schools Week this week, so they all go to the highschool, have Mass with the bishop, do a craft and they're done. So you can guess which school was open and ready to go, on time, today!)

Wow, We're closed here for both of them. We have been projected for 8 - 14 inches by tonight. We already have 5 and it's only 9:30 am! I would have been surprised if they were open here today. I'm sure your kids were disappointed, but it sounds like they have a fun day planned :)

You're getting the snow I just blogged about NOT getting this winter. Maybe you can take me a picture and I'll get over myself. ;-)

It's a chilly 73F here today. I'm going to have to wear sunglasses and keep a sweater in my car in case I have to stand in the shade.

Joey,
It all worked out--N had a playdate after their half day and C went to a birthday--a swim party!! Our street was finally plowed when the fun was over!

Tracy,
I'll take a pic and post it for you!

Rene,
I won't post the pic of me sticking my tongue out!
